Intervention is a safe, non-harmful behaviour management system
designed to help Security and human service workers provide for the
best possible care and welfare to assaultive, disruptive or
out-of-control persons even during the most violent moment. The
techniques learned will provide confidence to handle an episode with
minimal anxiety and maximum security and safety for everyone involved.
This course is designed for employees working in a hospital and can be

overcome any phobias or fears that would inhibit them from presenting
