COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Based on LSSTG’s Critical Incident Avoidance (CIA) Program, this workshop has been specially modulated in a convenient 3-hour format to introduce you to a number of simple techniques, principles and strategies for:

Preventing, Avoiding and Dealing with Sexual Harassment, Assault and Dangerous Situations.
Specifically designed to meet the needs of women, this workshop focuses on assault prevention and subject control methods. Reducing the likelihood of an assault through actual techniques of escaping and countering an attack are stressed in this program. Utilizing efficient and effective methods of subject control that do not rely on size or strength, this system can be used by anyone interested in personal safety.
